About

Joanna is an occupational therapist with 15 years experience in the aged support and dementia field.

Joanna has been integral in the development and implementation of innovative health programs, education and partnerships in the North and Central Queensland regions and is passionate about providing contemporary services to support all clients and stakeholders. She is a current Board Director of Occupational Therapy Australia.

Joanna has been instrumental in the development of innovative frameworks to engage students in working with clients in a variety of contexts and locations, including the development of an international collaborative placement model working with the University of Worcester in the UK.

Joanna is passionate about supporting women in business and is a business mentor for start-ups and small business owners. Prior to Apricus Health, Joanna was the founder and managing director of Access Therapy Services for 11 years.
