About
Aasha is an early-career occupational therapist who is developing her clinical focus in hand and upper-limb therapy at Apricus Health. She is committed to building her knowledge and practical skills in this area and enjoys helping clients reduce pain, regain movement and return to the everyday activities that are important to them.
Before joining Apricus Health, Aasha gained clinical experience across hospital, rehabilitation, community, aged-care and paediatric settings. Her placements included working with adults experiencing lymphoedema, oedema, stroke and age-related changes, as well as supporting children within school environments. She has also completed professional development in compression therapy and attended the Queensland Hand Therapy Network Conference.
Aasha holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Health Sciences. She brings a warm, thoughtful and client-centred approach to her work and values collaborating with clients to develop practical therapy plans suited to their individual goals.
